HOW IT WORKS


1. CHOOSE

Choose a session time that works with your schedule. Each week, there are several group, duet, and one-on-one virtual sessions available.

Group sessions are limited to 6 people.

2. CONNECT

Connect using a WiFi connection and a device of your choice: smartphone, tablet, or a laptop.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime.

3. INTERACT

Unlike most sessions offered online, these sessions are individually guided and based on everybody’s needs.

You can see the instructor and the instructor can see you and correct your movement during the session.
