
REHAB SESSIONS
A combination program of Rehabilitation + Pilates or Yoga customized to your physical needs. You will be pain-free and armed with knowledge on how to heal yourself through movement.
SESSIONS PROGRAM
AT HOME OR VIRTUAL
If you are recovering from an injury and intense pain, and experiencing a lack of mobility this option is for you.
The program will start with 1-hour, at home or virtual Rehab sessions twice a week, until you are stabilized. Then, you will receive one Rehab session and one Pilates or Yoga session each week. As you regain your strength, you will continue with two in person or virtual Pilates or Yoga sessions per week.
*Home Rehab sessions are out-of-pocket.
